Because many of our products are custom made, printed to order, or created in limited runs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

For custom orders, once a design has been approved and production has started, changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds cannot be made.
